Judy Marshall has specialized in municipal lease financing for over 20 years, concentrating on the origination of tax-exempt lease transactions for all segments of state and local governments. She has built a solid reputation for her knowledge of municipal equipment and lease financing, with emphasis on fire services, which easily distinguishes her from other financing sources.

Joining All American Investment Group as Senior Vice President, Judy has continued to develop and maintain a broad network of municipal vendors and distributors for major national manufacturers of municipal vehicles and equipment. From the bidding process to structuring bid and equipment proposals that meet the needs of state and local governments, Judy has been committed to helping find cost-effective financing programs that allow governments to continue to deliver affordable, essential public services.

Judy is a frequent speaker for city councils, boards of selectmen and aldermen, school committees, budget and planning committees and fire and school districts. She is also an active member of the Fire Chiefs' association in all six New England states, as well as actively participating on both Boards of Directors of the New England Association of Fire Chiefs and the New England Division of the International Association of Fire Chiefs.
